how to file papers, prejudgment Claim of right to procssession

I am evicting 2 people in my home which has 5 people living in it now. Do I need prejudgment Claim of right to procssession to the other 3 tenants?

The order of filing procedure is 1.Cover sheet 2.Complain 3

Summons and all the photo copies. Am I correct on this procedure?

The process of using a Prejudgment Claim of Right to Possession is highly recommended when you are trying to evict people who are not on the lease. You should submit that form at the time you file the lawsuit in addition to the other forms you filed. The court clerk will put the case number on the form and it must be served with the summons, complaint & other documents.
