I filed a Small claims claim and won the case. The defendant now is going to appeal the case and has representaion. I however, do not have an Attorney. Is is recommeded to hire representation if I won the small claims case?

On appeal, many judges do just re-enter the Small Claims Court judgment, but without knowing something about you case how are we supposed to give you any advice, except the obvious that if the other party has an attorney and you do not, you can expect you will be in trouble even if all the facts are in your favor. But you will, in general, not be able to recover attorney's fees even if you win again.
