Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California

i filed small claims to land lord for security deposit back, now he gave my money back just 4 days before the court date. Since i got my money, I don't want to go to court any more. how do I ask the court to closed my case.

If you don't show up, the court will probably dismiss. Or, you can go to the courthouse in advance and ask the clerk to dismiss the case by filing with the court and having a friend mail a paper entitled "Request for Dismissal."
