filing a response

I need to file a response today for an eviction notice. I have no way of getting to the court today. Can I get help?

File it first thing tomorrow if it's already too late, and hope they don't take your default. Check out the Judicial Council forms website for Answer-Unlawful Detainer, and perhaps for Application for Waiver of Fees.
