Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California

I have to fill a reply to a eviction summons in CA (Kern County). Do I use the ANSWER form to reply? What happens if I go to file it at the court and the court house is closed? I had 5 days to responde but the courst is only open one day a week, and it's the one listed on the summons.

You may use the UD-105 to Answer, which you can find here: http://www.courts.ca.gov/documents/ud105.pdf

Don't use the other Answer forms which will not apply to an eviction case.
