the owner was forclosed on the home we live in we had a lease agreement lease apotionwith him he broke the lease now the property is owned by the bank the informed us we have 14 to leave

If the bank won't let you stay, you are out of luck.

You are entitled to your deposit back, however.

In addition to what Mr. Bennett says, I would suggest you negotiate with the bank for more time -- even if you pay rent for a month or two. Perhaps they'd even be receptive to a reasonable purchase offer, especially if you finance the loan through their own bank.
