foreclosure
If our building is taken over by foreclosure due to the landlord not paying the mortgage, how shall I know when I no longer have to pay rent to the one defaulting?

Re: foreclosure
Find out from the landlord who is taking the default and then send a joint letter to the two stating that until they reach an agreement as to whom will get the rent and when, you will deposit it into a trust account to be paid out when that issue is decided.
