im renting a house were the landlord filed for bankruptsy chapter 7.she has a 1st and 2nd on her house the 2nd she pays biweekly and she hasnt made a payment since jan. she went to court on mar. 18 to finalize her bankruptsy.her att.filed a motion to stay but the lender has a court date for apr.16 to dismiss the motion to stay.my question is about how long before we have to get out and by law do they have to give us a 30 day notice to get out.

Yes, as to 30 day notice.

The party foreclosing will assume the same rental contract which you had with your previous landlady.

The new owner also must handle the refund of the deposit.
