Which Form is for Illefal Retaliation UD attempt?
When the LL knew three months prior to filing UD, that I was trying to get mediation , after a year of her refusal to make repairs(serious unsafe ones), and then one month prior to filing, she knew by my letter I was withholding rent for repairs, and would take her to small claims..which form is for the UD judge, to ask for dismissal due to proven (our letters dated those three months etc) illegal retaliation. ?Thank you

You file an answer, and raise the dangerous condition, disrepair and retaliation as affirmative defenses. Of course, at trial, bring your evidence and witnesses. If you have already filed a lawsuit against the landlord, you can try to consolidate or at least relate the two cases. Also, have you brought in the county health department?
