Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California
I need to know form to use to place a lien on my previous Landlord, he spent our security deposit, went to court won the case. Defendant pay little amounts, Now I find out there is a sale on the house he now lives in. Sale date on home 9/27/10, would like to get what was agreed to be paid to me, Need answer quickly. thanks.

If you have a valid judgment, record a form EJ-001 with the county recorder's office in the county in which the property is located.
