Which form is used to sue the landlord for breach of contract and repeatedly entering property without consent or notice?

There are breach of contract complaints, but they usually handle routine "he/she owes me money" kinds of complaints. You would have to write your own for it to be sufficient. You might find some samples at a law library or even retain a lawyer to assist you.
