Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California
We found out a month ago that the condo we rent is in forclosure and can't reach our landlord. We only have one month left and we do not have the money to rent another place. Is there anything we can do so we can stay here another 2 months ?

More than likely you should be able to stay for a while. The new owner might ask you about the terms of your rental agreement and might work with you either on relocation or terminating in an amicable way. Even if the bank were to give you notice, it likely would be at least 60 days from the date of notice before you would have to move, except for nonpayment of rent.
