Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California
I just found out yesterday that my roommate is HIV positive and he did not tell me about it..I still have 6 months more on the lease..Does California law say that a roommate has to tell the other roommate about this..and can i move out legally without paying the fine on the lease..i am totally confused what to do..and i have really scared that my rommate is HIV positive..what are the legal actions that i can take
