Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California
So my gas bill shot up 600% this month to last, SDGE reread the meter, which is still going up. The also told me they will come out and check for leaks and I need to work with my landlord on the bill. I immediately called my landlord, who will sent out maintance to check as well. If it is a leak on property or faulty equipment is my landlord responsible for helping me with the bill?
