Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California
How do I get my girlfriend out of my house? We have been together for MANY yrs and have an 18yr old son together. I walked in on her with another man in my bed and need her out ASAP. My name alone is on the title, she hasn't worked in years and has never paid a dime toward the house. We have never been or planned to be married. She doesn't want to leave (she wants to "work through it"), I don't. She is not really a tenant as she has never paid, she was a welcome guest but is no longer.
