Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California
My granddaughter is living in a hotel in Anaheim, CA; every 28-29 days she is required to move out and then pay a fee to move back in for another 28-29 day period. Is this legal, and if not what can she do about it?

It is very likely illegal. To be sure, however, would require a review of the details of her occupancy and the operation of the hotel that would be too involved to do in an internet Q&A format like this.
