my grandma owned a house wen she past her living trust gave house to my dad half and the other half to my uncle in trust states that if one should pass his half will go to decendents my father past in car accient with me 2007 i was 18 in high school now 2009 my uncle tryin to eveict me and all leases agreement were verble i want to know wat i can do to get legal rights on my dads half and to see how i can find the truth about property and situations

If the trust is as you state, it appears (although I haven't read it) that you might have an ownership interest in the property. As a successor beneficiary, you should be entitled to a copy of the trust. You might have to seek court intervention if your uncle is being intransigent. Perhaps you can have a trusted third party act as a mediator and reach a workable solution.
