Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California

Grandmother willed mobile home to me and mobile home park says I cant own it

My grandmother left her mobile home to me in her will. The mobile home park has told me I do not qualify to live there based on my credit history (credit card accounts mostly , which I haven't used in over 2 years but haven't been able to pay since becoming disabled). In terms of qualifying for income vs. rent everything is fine. I've never been evicted or anything like that. I live on SSDI and living there would be of great help. My current rent is 4x what I would pay there. What are my rights considering I've inherited this mobile home and I not just someone purchasing it. The mobile home is completely paid for.

You are renting the space, whether you own the home or not.

If landlord doesn't want you, and it is not because of discrimination or retaliation, you have to move.

Sorry, but your headline is wrong. You still own it, but can't park it there. Sell it, or find some way to move it!
