Handicap Apartment

we went to move into our apartment and after they had us sign our paper work they showed us our apartment. it was a handicap apartment. they also stated they had no vacancies for 30 days for us to move into.

Your question is not clear. Do you want a handicapped apartment and they gave you a non-handicapped apartment, or vice versa? I also do not understand what having no vacancies for 30 days, and then letting you move in means. Please e-mail me with clearer facts, and a clear question, and I will do my best to help you.
