Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California

harrassed and singled out by apartment manager and their daughter (neighbor)

My neighbor downstairs (the manager's daughter) taped a formal complaint regarding the noise level on my door. I don't believe the complaint is true or accurate. I rarely have more than one visitor at a time. I am very consious of my noise level at night and can't determine when or how the noise level might have been excessive. The complaint claims that it is becoming impossible to sleep at night due to me, roof sounds like it's caving in, stomping, dropping things and moving heavy objects starts at 8 pm, ONLY when I have company, I allow ALL my company to get loud, seems that I sleep during the day and do aerobics at night. The complaint asks that I clean or move furniture during daylight hours. Since receiving the complaint the manager has come up to my apartment twice. Once asking me if I was moving furniture when I was putting things away from the store at 3:15pm. Again when my sister and 12 yr. old nephew were arguing at 5:45pm. They go to the window and watch my visitors. The manager's have given preferential treatment to their daughter since she moved in. They gave her my unlisted telephone number without my consent or knowledge. She was able to keep a dog when I had to get rid of my indoor cats. How should I handle this?
