Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California
Hello
My landlord used my deposit money for "repairs" he had to do and didn't give me receipts for the use
As i know under California laws he has to provide me receipts not later then 21 days after i left the apartment.
Because of his behavior during my lease and after i know he took my money and didnt really use it for what he claimed
What can i do??
