Own home and have my daughter living there. Her boyfriend also lives there. Have been residents over 1 year. What is the process for "asking" the boyfriend to leave. He has become distructive to my property and verbally abusive to my daughter.

Do you have a lease with your daughter? You can send a Notice to Quit Premises and follow up with a court ordered eviction if he does not leave. It is something that an attorney can help you with that does not involve many hours.
