Almost Homeless

I moved into a low-icome apartment in July 2004. It is now September I have a one year lease the investors are saying that my income is to high and that I will have to move or pay $1,200.00 monthy when my rent is only $633.00. They are also saying that I can't make over 19,000.00 this year I was not aware of any of this before signing the lease. If I go over the $19,000.00 the investors will not be able to receive the Tax Credit. I turned all of my income resources prior to being issued the key and signing the lease. My emploer will not allow me anytime off. My supervisor stated that I can resign and reapply at the company after my issues have been resolved. Can they legally evict me? What are my rights? What options do I have as tenant? Help!!
