house sister took
My sister had a house signed over to her about 6 yrs ago.I became his conservator after that.We have a court agreement that all moneys from property would cont. to him untill his death.She has title to house and I have a trust for the house my dad lives in.My att.says I cant put the house she took in atrust because of court aggreement. My son currntly lives in this hose she has title to.Does my sister have the right to .Is it too late to get the house in trust and who handles the new rent after lease with son expires.My sister wants to move her daughter into hose. sincerly frustrated.

I regret that I hesitate to give any advice while you are represented.
You can always hire and fire attorneys. If you think he is in error, find another attorney
However, due to your court "agreement" six years ago, your attorney is most likely correct.
