House sold 3 days to move

The house ive been renting a room in just got sold . i was told that i would have 30 days to move out while the house was in escrow. my landlord told me last week the house was sold, and then a few days later said it wasnt. then yesterday(friday 5/4 he told me oh by the way, i signed a quick escrow you have to be out by wednes . this is 4 days from now, I have a dog, and my car is broken down in the garage, so i have no transpo. what can I do?

Is there a written lease?. A single lodger in a private room is entitled to the same amount of notice as the days between rent being due. If you pay monthly, 30 days notice is required. You cannot be evicted in 4 days. Good luck.

The law requires 30 days WRITTEN NOTICE. If he wants you out then he needs to negotiate a settlement with you. Contact me directrly.
