Iam being evictedin a day or two, due to not paying rent because the landlord wouldnt fix things in the apt. i had to pay for . iam disabled and can not move at this time. what can i do

You can file an ex parte application with the court to seek a stay of eviction while you file a motion to set aside the judgment (if you didn't know about the trial). Ask Legal Aid or an eviction defense organization to help you immediately. Don't wait until the last day.
