illegal Apt (thats up to code)
Ourdisgruntled tenant just reported to the county offices that the apt he rents from us is not legal What happens if it is closed down by the county,will/ can the tenant make financial demands from us if made homeless as a result of his actions?

If the apartment is not registered as might be required, then the tenant will have to move. More than likely, since the tenant seems savvy, the tenant will probably make a demand. That doesn't mean you have to pay it, but you might have to go through normal eviction procedures.
