is it illegal for someone to take pictures of a person's property (the inside) even if you give them permission to be inside your house?

What was the purpose of that person being inside you house. If it was an appraisal, I would think that pictures would be implicit in the permission to enter your home....so, the answer depends, in part, as to the extent of "permission"...
