Illegal Retaliatory Eviction

I need to file a countersuit against the present owners of the property(for my apartment being in uninhabitable conditions), the management company (for filing an illegal retaliatory eviction against me while trying to cover up dangerous unhealthy black mold), HACLA's Section 8 division (for allowing the management company/owners to cover up the unhealthy mold and not ordering owners to relocate me) and the city's Environmental Health Services department (for knowing of the black mold problem since 2005 and not referring me to Building & Safety).

You cannot cross-complain in unlawful detainer actions. You should seek legal aid or hire an attorney to properly defend against the eviction. Good luck.
