Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California

Individual claims for same defendant

tenant breaks a lease 4 months before the end of lease agreement

can lanlord file individual small claims for each months after each due date? Ex: file in dec for november rent, file in jan for decemeber rent and so on. Does he have to wait until the end of lease. is this considered a double claim in court

If yes where does it say he has to file all together

If no where does it say it

Re: Individual claims for same defendant

You need to file them as a single claim against the defendant.
