injunction?
How do I stop an eviction process while I sue my mobilehome park for the reason I am being evicted? ( dog bite to manager which the animal control report and eyewitness says was provoked)

You don't.
Your defense is retaliation. After your U.D. trial, if you win, you then bring an action against the manager/owner.
