Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California

I issued my tenant a 60 day notice which is due to expire Nov 30th. It is now Nov 4th and I have not received their November rent can I do a three day notice today and start proceedings if she doesn't pay by the 7th? Also, on the 3 day notice I notice they state an address to deliver the payment. I don't want my tenant to have my home address so I use a po box is it ok but put the po box on the form?

Yes, you can serve a 3-day notice and use a PO Box.

You can serve a three day, and use a PO Box, but be careful how you count the days.
