iw we lose an inlawfill detainer case how long will the judge give us to get out

The judge will not give you any time. You will have whatever time it takes for the landlord to get the judgment signed, prepare the paperwork for the sheriff's eviction, deliver the judgment and paperwork to the sheriff, and then for your eviction to reach the top of the stack at the sheriff's office. If the landord moves as quickly as possible, in most counties you'll have a couple of weeks.
