Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California
Hello, my name is james and I have a rather curious question. My question is this, a mother is paying rent for a house as her daughter, whom is raising 2 kids on her own, is paying all the bills other then rent. Can the. Mother evicted her daughter or give her a 30 day notice for no reason at all?

Since the daughter is paying money for bills related to the renting of the house, she is a sub-tenant of the mother, who, if there are no rent control laws in the geographic area, can give her a thirty day notice for no reason at all.
