judgement claim of right of possesion
landlord didn't tell me about forclosure or 30 day eviction notice,now i've received aprejudgement claim of right of possesion from the lawyer of the company that bought the property

You haven't asked a question, but I assume you want to know if the new owner can evict you.
The answer is "Yes" with a 30 day notice.
By the way, the new owner still must honor your deposit, within 21 days of your moving.
