Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California

I have a Judgement against me for an illegal Unlawful Detainer, I moved way before the Detainer was filed it was never served to me yet the Plaintiff won this judgement by default. I must notify the court of this illegal behavior and clear my name. Should I file a "Vacate Judgement" or What should I do in the state of California, San Bernardino County

If you surrendered possession to the landlord by turning in the keys at the time you moved, you might be able to vacate judgment. Or, you might just contact the landlord's attorney and see if the attorney will stipulate to set aside the judgment -- assuming it's only for possession of the premises.
