How to get a judgement release from public records after it has been paid in full with the courts

You first make a demand on the judgment creditor to file a notice of satisfaction of judgment. If they fail or refuse to do so, there is a proceeding you can file to have the court enter the satisfaction, and I believe the law provides for you to receive your attorneys fees and/or penalties against the judgment creditor for failing to comply with the request to file the satisfaction, if you prevail.
