Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California

I have a judgment from small claims on a landlord. She has not filed a statement of assets. Also I believe her and her husband own a business. How can I prove that, so I can include him as a defendant because he is the spouse.

The husband does not become a defendant agaist whom you have a judgment until you successfuly sue him. A judgment against his wife does not give you a judgment against the husband. If she has assets, whether community property or her own private property assets, why do you need to go after the husband?
