my land lord told me that i will going to right you a check after 20 days you move out .
he right a check for $924,00 and my total deposit was $1955,00 .
how can i get my money ?

Were you provided an accounting for the difference? There is a civil code that requires this to be done in 21 days maximum. If it was not provided, then you will need to file for the difference in court. You could, alternatively, have an attorney send a formal demand prior to filing. Always an option to save on the time and expense of Court.
