In all likelihood, no. There are all sorts of breaches. The amount you would be entitled to recover is the amount of damages you suffer and any additional amount mandated by statute. If you had put down a refundable deposit to hold the place and the landlord rents the place to someone else right after you, then you could get back the entire amount you paid him. If you had lived there one year and the landlord enters without notice, you would get very little money if anything. You need to state all the relevant details.
