landlord broak our lease and kiked us out
Hi- My landlord kicked us out after finding out her husband gave us a home depot credit card to fix up the place,without him tell her he gave it to us, she was so mad at him she took it out on us and kicked us out, we did have a 6 month lease and it wasn't up yet, we did moved out because she said if we stayed she would call the police and say we were sqwating we moved to avoid any more problems. She is now suing us for the last month rent that we didn't pay because we didt fill we should after break are lease and kicked my family out. My questain is, do you think she will win the case and get the money?

There are many issues raised by your post, the first of which is the 6 month lease. The second is being "kicked" out. There may be a waiver issue if you left voluntarily, but a lease is a contract that must be complied with unless one party breaches it. No, and if you had a formal lease in place, she could be liable to you for damages from the manner in which she "evicted" you unlawfully per se.
