We can not answer that question because you do not tell us why it was towed, so wer do not know if the landlord has any fault. There is no reason he can not order it towed if it is illegally parked. If you do not come up with the storage fees the car will be sold.

What you can do depends on why they had it towed. If you did something you weren't supposed to do then nothing and you are going to loose your car. If they owed it for no reason then you could sue them for the value of your car because by the time you get your landlord to court the towing company will have done a lien sale on your car for the towing and storage.

Good luck.
