landlord charging for fixing plumbing
4 days already they havent fixed my bathtub that wont drain..they are still trying to get 35- from me the last time they declogged the drain..theres hair in the tub and they say they wont fix it..have to bathe my 3 year old in the kitchen sink..everybody speaks spanish..manager..plumber etc..feel being discriminated because im not spanish speaking..no lease by the way

If there's hair in the tub, then it's hair from your family. Hardware stores sell screens you can place in the drain to trap the hair, and it should be cleaned periodically.
It seems to me that the landlord would be correct to charge you for the plumber's visit in that case. Biodegradable drain cleaner might do the trick. Check the Web for nontoxic ways to do so. Good luck.
