Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California

Can a landlord give you a move out statement, stating exactly what you owe in pro-rated rent then after you pay and move out tell you oops I forgot to charge you the prorated amount for the month to month fee so I'm now taking that out of your deposit as well??

Yes, as long as it is money due under the rental agreement.
