If you haven't paid your rent when do they can. Some other material and curable lease violations are also subject to a 3 day notice to cure or move out. If you are in compliance with the terms of your rental agreement, however, they cannot kick you out until either your lease ends, or on 30/60 days notice if you are a month to month renter. The 30 or 60 depends on whether or not you have been in the unit more than a year. If so you get 60 days notice.
