Can I charge the tenants for the cost of changing the locks on an apt after an eviction?

You probably could under the argument that it is not normal wear and tear on the property. But do they have any money that you can get a hold of after you get a judgmnent? If you sue them; wil they raise a Green defense [unit substandard] and you either must pay an attorney fee to fight it or a portion of the rent back if you lose. Seems to me, as a fellow landlord, it is part of the cost of doing business.
