can a landlord ask me to leave a rent it house with out notice even do i do not have contract or Lease

By what agreement or right are you in this house?. Surly you must have some agreement to be there? If it is oral agreement then you still have an agreement. If you have an agreement or lease then they have to evict you and they have to have grounds like non payment or rent or breach of the lease. If you are a trespasser or guest then it is different story. I need to know more about your situation to give you an intelligent answer.

If you've been paying monthly rent, then you have a month-to-month rental agreement, even if it's not in writing. The landlord can always ask, but if you resist, the landlord would have to give proper written notice and then avail him/herself of the courts. Self-help is prohibited. If you're inclined to move but need time or money to do so, you might discuss this with the landlord.
