Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California
My landlord is in a legal fight with another tenant... Therefore he locked the laundry room we all use even that tenant can't use it and she is the one who pays the pge bill... Is his legal? Can he lock it overnight?

A landlord can not change locks to force a tenant out or reduce the benefits the tenant previously got.
