can a landlord make me move in 90 days if i am disable, and have paid my rent

That depends upon several facts yo have not told us. Are you in a rent controlled area, lived there a year or longer [30 days notice if less than one year, 60 days if more than one year], month to month tenancy or longer term lease, is major reason because your disability so improperly discriminatory, etc.?

You appear to be in the City of Los Angeles, which is fairly heavily rent and eviction controlled. That does not mean it is impossible for the landlord to terminate your tenancy, but it is significantly restricted. I suggest you contact the City rent board offices for help.
