Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California

My landlord post the pictures of my room online without my permission

I am renting a room in a house and is going to move out by the end of month. I just discovered that my landlord posted new rent ad online with pictures of my room without notifying me. I asked her to take off the pictures but she said it's her house and she has the right to do so. I am wondering how I can be protected and what's the best action I can take. Thanks!

I fail to see what harm was done, unless pictures of the room contained something private to you, and landlady went in room to take pictures without your permission.

Is there something else here that I missed?

If you are moving out shortly, she certainly has the right to re-rent the room.
